BWA completed the workshops to empower mothers and caregivers

Bahrain Women Association for Human Development (BWA) completed in December its project to empower (mothers and caregivers) after conducting the last training workshop related to “Participatory Leadership Skills” concepts aiming to develop participants’ skills in both: effective communication and strategic planning based on the clear vision and common goals.

At the end of the program, certificates were distributed to the participants whom expressed their views about the benefits they gain and their desire to attend other training programs BWA would conduct.

It is worth mentioning that the (mothers and caregivers) project aims to empower mothers and caregivers to understand the concepts and issues related to the “social role” and “socialization”, and to build leadership capacity that contributes in improving its community.
