The “Unbounded Women” program in Bahrain Women Association for Human Development (BWA) organized the first training workshop within its project to enable (mothers and caregivers). The workshop started with the caregivers’ category on Saturday, April 21 in BWA premise.
BWA project aims to conduct a series of workshop to empower mothers and caregivers’ to understand the concepts and issues related to the “social role” and “socialization”, and to build leadership capacity that contributes in improving its community role.
The first workshop aimed to clarify the effect of education on the social role culture and its role in promoting the citizenship rights. In addition, it identifies both; the concept of social role and investigate its cultural and social influences, and the gender-based social roles.
